About the event
We are dancing on Saturday 06/04/2024 at Birch Hall, Steiner Academy Hereford, Much Dewchurch, HR2 8DL.
Everyone is welcome- no upper age limit, no particular fitness level required; all that is required is your allowing yourself to turn up and letting the music take you over.
The Wild Chocolate Club is about finding a little bit of space to do something lovely for ourselves. It doesn't matter how much or how little you move- it's a chance to drop inside of yourself and be however you need to be. If you are tired, you can just rest in the music. If you need to really, really dance- we encourage you to do that. It is such a treat to be able to be as we are with no expectation of having to meet anyone else's needs.
Dancing just does make us feel better. This is a chance to let go…
