We are dancing on Saturday 09/04/2022 at Birch Hall, Steiner Academy Hereford, Much Dewchurch, HR2 8DL.
Everyone is welcome- no upper age limit, no particular fitness level required; all that is required is your allowing yourself to turn up and letting the music take you over.
Dancing just does make us feel better. A chance to let go of stress and tension. No steps to learn, no right or wrong, no particular way to move. Just bring yourself, bring your friends and bring your beautiful hearts. We love it when that hall fills up and the music starts and something amazing starts to happen.
