Spring Mini Retreat

After many requests for this, here it is!



Saturday 16th March 2024: 12 noon-4:00pm



We are going to come together to dance, make, deeply relax  sit in a circle of women. This is the week of the Spring Equinox: the time when the light and the dark  of the day will be about the length. The name comes from the Latin word equi (meaning equal) and nox (meaning night).  As we are gathering a few days before, the dark is slightly dominant and we will be with the energies of welcoming in the lengthening of the light.

We will be guided by Zoë Mason in using movement, breath, rhythm, eyes closed, to drop inside and move however you need to. We will shake and dance to bring in some stillness within ourselves.

Then we’ll sit in circle and meet each other.  We will have the opportunity to share our experiences…
