Lammas Reset Retreat Day

We will be celebrating Lammas: the great fire festival at Summer's height.

 We will be coming together for a full day retreat.

The days are still long and the world is golden but we are also beginning to see the turn of the light.  Days are shortening and this is traditionally a time of contemplating our personal journeys and assimilating all we have leaned in this cycle of growth. The full moon in Aquarius will be the perfect partner to bring in these intentions as she is the moon of changing old patterns.


Our day comprises of a unique blend of yoga, moving meditation, sound immersion, and deep rest.  It will be an easy going day perfect for building connection to ourselves and to each other.
