Dance and Women's Circle in May

After many requests for this, here it is!



Sunday 21st May 2023: 12 noon-5:00pm



We are going to come together to dance and sit in a circle of women. This is the week of the new moon.



We will be guided by Zoë Mason in using movement, breath, rhythm, eyes closed, to drop inside and move however you need to. We will shake and dance and then gently drop to the floor for a crystal singing bowl relaxation.



Then we’ll sit in circle and meet each other.  We will have the opportunity to share our experiences and offer support to each other.  It is such a thing to be fully heard and to be allowed to speak from our hearts. Women have been gathering in circles for millennia and it is incredibly powerful and so, so needed just now.  We are offering a space for women to come together and…
