Dance and Women's Circle

We are going to come together to dance and sit in a circle of women. We will drop inside of ourselves with the moving meditation and then be bathed in a beautiful crystal singing bowl relaxation. We'll them sit in circle together and share delicious treats.

Saturday 14th December 2024 12-3pm
We are going to come together to dance and sit in a circle of women. We are heading towards the Winter Solstice and what a lovely thing to be able to gather to dance out 2024 and turn toward the returning of the light.
We will be guided by Zoë Mason using movement, breath, rhythm, eyes closed, to drop inside and move however you need to. We will shake and dance and then gently drop to the floor for a crystal singing bowl relaxation. Then we’ll sit in circle and meet each other. We will have the opportunity to share our experiences and offer support to each other. It is such a thing to be fully heard and to be allowed to speak from our hearts.
