Dance and Women's Circle

After many requests for this, here it is!



Sunday 26th March 11:30-4:30pm



We are going to come together to dance and sit in a circle of women. This is the week of the Spring Equinox, the new moon in Aries, and the day the clocks will be going forward ushering in the light.



We will be guided by Zoë Mason in using movement, breath, rhythm, eyes closed, to drop inside and move however you need to. We will shake and dance and then gently drop to the floor for a crystal singing bowl relaxation.

Then we’ll sit in circle and meet each other.  We will have the opportunity to share our experiences and offer support to each other.  It is such a thing to be fully heard and to be allowed to speak from our hearts.
