An evening of dancing it all off! We are going to dance in the dark with some fabulous lights and amazing music. A guided dance where you can dance like no-one's watching because nobody will be! Come and shake, dance, stomp and let go! Want to feel uplifted? Come and join us!

About the event
Our dance is a chance to get together and just let go of the busyness of our daily lives and just have an evening to have fun and feel uplifted. This is a guided dance, so you can just relax and not think about anything other than moving and shaking to some amazing tunes. No alcohol, no substances welcome- we just use movement, breath and rhythm and just see how that natural high kicks in. It's amazing to feel the magic that happens when the music starts and we all start to move.
Here you get to move, stretch, dance, shake in your own space. No one will be watching you. No need to be 'able' to dance. No particular fitness level needed. You can even come and make yourself a little nest and curl up in a corner if that is what your body needs you to do. The…
