CIRCLE OF WOMEN: BLINDFOLD DANCE



We are going to go on an inner journey. Using a blindfold we can dive deep and meet our inner landscapes. Friday 24th January is a New Moon, The first new moon of the new year of the new decade. New Moons have been used as a time to manifest dreams or bring in new intentions, so this is what you are going to be invite to do.



Take some time to think about what you want to bring into your life (not what you don’t want!) Listen above the chatter of daily life and the hum drum of your day to day challenges to allow your inner knowing, your Higher Self, to guide you. 



This is an opportunity to rise above your linear thinking and explore a way of thinking with you whole body.

Then we are going to move with it. We will use blindfolds, movement, breath and rhythm to take us on an inner journey, through gateways and new paths to explore our inner worlds. We will keep you safe. This is an simple and powerful process. There is nothing to get right or wrong and there is definitely no particular outcome expected.  



This is just a space to move into ourselves and spend some time exploring. We will meet ourselves with kindness and if you feel to, offer an intention for what you would like to bring in for yourselves in this new cycle.
