Circle of Women: A Time to Dance

This is a call out to all women. All ages most welcome. We are coming together to dance. 



This will be an afternoon to come to together to remember that we have the power to change our own lives, and to be part of what happens when women come together and dance.

We have always danced. Women came together and would move, shake, spin, and stamp the earth to clear, sort, help each other. It was a way to communicate, heal, dissipate conflict, and deepen relationships. It was a crucial way to build strong and supportive communities.



This has been lost to us in this culture and I think it’s time we reclaimed these roots of our feminine power.



We will dance. We will be invited to close our eyes and drop inside. This is a simple, easy, time tested method that can help us just reconnect with our true, clear, grounded, beautiful selves. The best bit is that it is easy and it is good fun! No particular way to move, nothing to get right or wrong. Move at your own pace. 



After we’ve danced, we will take time to sit round the table together and eat delicious treats together. We will have treats that include vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free offerings made by #foodfromtheroot and our very own Clear Space hand blended teas from Neal’s Yard Remedies Hereford.
