Autumn Retreat Day

AUTUMN RETREAT DAY.

SUNDAY 22nd OCTOBER 2023: 12 noon - 5pm. 

We are going to come together for a powerful yet gentle day together of movement, guided meditation, women’s yoga, sound immersion and deep rest. 

Autumn is here and we will be heading towards Samhain- one of the cross quarter festivals.

Samhain is a powerful festival marking the end of summer and the return of winter. This festival is the psychic return to the dark womb for regeneration and renewal. This is when the veils between the worlds are thinnest and communication with our ancestors has been seen as possible. In our workshop, we will use this thin veil as a chance to communicate with ourselves, our inner wisdom, of darkest depths.
