About the event
Our NOURISH workshop this month is going to be a full day workshop.
Our day comprise of a unique blend of restorative yoga, moving meditation, sound immersion and deep rest. We will share a delicious, hearty meal together to really nourish ourselves and to take time.
Ticket: £60 for the day. A hearty meal and refreshments are included.
